This program is approved for up to 6 AAPA Category 1 CME credits by the AAPA Review Panel.
CME for Nurse Practitioners: NPs can often claim AAPA Category 1 CME credit as continuing education with AANP and ANCC. AAPA recommends that NPs check with their certification/licensing authority to confirm that AAPA credit is acceptable.
CME for all other health care professionals, please check with your respective credentialing organizations to be sure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be no refunds or credits for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the conference start date.
All attendees must register at www.midermpa.com via credit card. All charges relating to the conference will be made by MiDPA and your credit card statement will reflect as such. Checks are not accepted.
MEALS
The registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and coffee breaks for all participants.
PHOTOGRAPHING & RECORDING POLICY
You consent to the photographing and recording of your likeness and voice and the use of these photographs and/or recordings singularly or in conjunction with other photographs and/or recordings for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes. You understand that the term “photograph” encompasses both still photographs and motion picture footage. You further consent to the reproduction and/or authorization by the Producer to reproduce and use said photographs and recordings, for use in all domestic and foreign markets. You hereby release the Producer and any of its associated or affiliated companies, their directors, officers, agents, employees and customers, and appointed advertising agencies, their directors, officers, agents and employees from all claims of every kind on account of such use. You agree that the Producer shall be the sole owner of all material captured at [event] and reproduced for post-event products.
